Spirit of life, which in the beginning hovered over the abyss, Help Humanity of our time to understand. That the exclusion of God leads to being lost in the desert of the world. And that only where faith enters, do dignity and liberty flourish, And the whole society is built on justice. Spirit of Pentecost, which makes of the church one Body, Restore in the baptised an authentic experience of communion; Render yourself a living sign of the presence of the Risen One in the world, Community of saints that lives in the service of charity. Holy Spirit, which trains to the mission, Make us recognize that also in our times, So many persons are in search of the truth about their existence and the world. Make us collaborators of their joy with the proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, Grain of the wheat of God, which renders good térrain of life and assures the abundance of the harvest. Amen.
Hi Michael, I hope all is well with you and your family. Sister Linda Grimes called me a couple of weeks ago, and told me about Assumption Praesidium starting-up soon, that they’ll have their own Legion of Mary group. I live between Assumption and Immaculate Conception parish now, and it may be much easier for me to join the one at Assumption. Do you know what day and time they chose to meet? Any information you can provide would be appreciated.
